1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but typically range between 3–7 business days within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Floridian Hot Sauce LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.


2. Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items, including our hot sauces, condiments, or branded merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@floridianhotsauce.com.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, may send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Floridian Hot Sauce LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please ensure you provide a safe and accurate delivery address when placing your order. If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly for assistance.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@floridianhotsauce.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.


4. International Shipping

At this time, Floridian Hot Sauce LLC only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
